Free QR Code Menu Generator

Paste your menu link, pick a color, shape, and logo, then download a print-ready QR code for your tables. No signup, no watermark, no expiry.

Point it anywhere: your menu PDF, website, Linktree, Google Drive file, or a dineomAI ordering page.

Dark colors on a light background scan best. Very light colors can fail to read.

Transparent is for placing the code onto a designed table tent or poster.

Your logo sits above the QR code, so it never blocks the scan. PNG or JPG, ideally with a transparent background. Any size or shape works, we fit it for you.

Print it and scan with your phone before putting it on tables.

How it works

1. Paste your linkDrop in whatever the QR code should open, from a PDF menu to a full ordering page.
2. Make it yoursSet your color, dot shape, and background, and add your logo above the code.
3. Download and printGrab a PNG or SVG, print it, and scan a test copy before it hits the tables.

This QR opens a link. Want it to take the order too?

A static QR code just opens whatever link you gave it, usually a PDF. dineomAI turns that same scan into an AI ordering chat that answers questions, suggests the right add-on, and bills the table with GST, all in one system.

FAQ

Is this QR code menu generator really free?

Yes. There is no signup, no watermark, and no limit on how many QR codes you generate. It runs entirely in your browser, so your link and logo never leave your device.

What logo format should I use?

Use a PNG or JPG, ideally with a transparent background. Your logo is placed above the QR code, not on top of it, so wide logos, tall logos, and square logos all work. Any file size is fine because the tool fits it for you.

Does adding a logo affect scanning?

No. Your logo sits above the QR code rather than on top of it, so the code itself stays completely clean and easy to scan. It is still good practice to print a test copy and scan it with a phone before using it on tables.

Can I change the color, shape, and background?

Yes. Pick any brand color, choose from four dot shapes (rounded, dots, classy, or sharp), and set a white or transparent background. Transparent is handy when you are placing the code onto a designed table tent or poster.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The code encodes the link you gave it directly, so it works for as long as that link works. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to keep paying for.

What size should I print it at?

For table tents, Medium is fine. As a rule the printed code should be at least about 2 cm across so a seated guest can scan it, and larger for posters or standees, which is what the Large size is for. Always leave a plain border around the code; the tool adds this quiet zone for you.

Should I download the PNG or the SVG?

Download the PNG for quick printing and for most design tools. Download the SVG if a designer wants to scale it to any size without blur, or drop it into Canva, Illustrator, or a print file. Both encode the exact same link.

What's the difference between a QR code menu and an AI ordering system?

A QR code menu just opens a link, usually a static PDF, so the guest still has to flag a waiter to order. An AI ordering system like dineomAI takes the order in chat, answers questions, suggests add-ons, and bills the table with GST, all from the same scan.
