Dineom AI operates through the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you send messages to a restaurant through WhatsApp, those messages pass through Meta's infrastructure before reaching our system.

To understand orders in multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu, we use AI models powered by Sarvam AI.
